Founded in May 2019, the delphine courtay's gallery is located in a prestigious courtyard of an early 16th century building in the heart of Strasbourg.

Directed by Delphine Courtay, artistic agent since 2011 and anthropologist by training, the gallery is a "small format" showcase for the artists it defends and represents on a permanent basis, promoting their small and medium format works. She curates exhibitions as an independent curator or in co-production in order to exhibit their larger format works "outside the walls", in collaboration with museums and companies. Since 2018, she has been participating as an exhibitor at contemporary art fairs.

Although the gallery represents all types of artistic techniques (painting, drawing, photography, installation, performance, sculpture, publishing...), the programming favours contemporary painting, drawing, photography and publishing by emerging and established artists, present in numerous collections, with an international career and exhibiting regularly in Europe.

Sensitive to the commitment and authenticity of the artists in their approach, as well as to societal and identity issues, the gallery develops different themes such as the awareness of our environment, our responsibility in the world, the relationship to the city and nature, the relationship to the image at a time when artificial intelligence is developing, the relationship to oneself questioning our projections, stereotypes, as well as the place of women in the world.
