GALERIE ANJA KNOESS shows international, contemporary positions in painting, sculpture and photography from Germany, Europe and China and the USA In the works of the artists represented by Anja Knoess, the basic idea of abstraction, which always comes from the object and is continued as a progression into the non-representational, usually remains obvious. The artistic starting point within the different genres is always the question of the technical-formal means and possibilities of contemporary abstraction, which, based on perceptual-psychological theories, also aims to convey questions of content in a sensual-haptic way.
