Luxembourg Prize at CACLB
The Centre d'Art Contemporain du Luxembourg belge (CACLB) organizes the Luxembourg Prize. The triennial plastic arts competition is open to artists from the province aged under 35 years old, working in the fields of drawing, painting, engraving, photography, video, sculpture, silkscreen printing, ceramics, performance, architecture, styling, installation or sound and digital arts.
A true springboard for the young contemporary creation of Belgian Luxembourg, it has allowed to reveal several talents which are today the object of professional recognition in the artistic world. Among the prize winners are Charles-Henry Sommelette (2017), Katherine Longly (2014), Gauthier Pierson (2007), Elodie Antoine (2004), Rohan Graëffly and Laurent Antonelli (1997).
