Anna’s new collection of limited edition photography, ‘Project 13’ depicts Mermaids photographed in northwestern Luxembourg as an artistic response to the climate change emergency. Her work explores themes of care, hope and activism. The black color applied on the Mermaids and the plastic wrap and metal coat hanger fins represent modern waste and pollution on our planet. By integrating these evocative and mythical Mermaids into contemporary environmental discourse, Anna invites viewers to reimagine and reconsider their own roles and responsibilities in preserving our Mother Earth.
