Les Douches la Galerie

Since 2006, Les Douches la Galerie in Paris has championed historical and contemporary photography, with a particular focus on documentary photography, formal experimentation, and contemporary artistic practices that challenge the boundaries of the medium. As the exclusive representative in France for the estates of Berenice Abbott, Arlene Gottfried, Ernst Haas, Vivian Maier, and Ray K. Metzker, the gallery also supports living artists, including recently represented Roger Ballen, in gaining recognition in France and abroad. Through over sixty solo and group exhibitions and a collection of more than 4,000 photographs, Les Douches la Galerie presents works spanning from the early 20th century to today, with a constant commitment to print quality and artistic excellence. A member of AIPAD, the gallery regularly participates in major international fairs such as Paris Photo, Art Cologne, and The Photography Show in New York.
