Hopstreet Gallery promote artists that have a common interest in the sculptural, the spatial and who work like archaeologists. They are interested both in the physical object and the nature of the meaning of objects. The gallery represents 12 European artists, four of them are Belgian. The work they produce is layered and can only be discovered slowly; it surrenders its indiscernible, underlying structures slowly.
