RYBN's GPS walk through Luxembourg City, the morning of Compliance as Material
"Offshore Tour Operator" is a situationist GPS prototype, orientated toward a computer assisted psychogeographic drift, that dictates the walk of the user through the ICIJ Offshore Leaks database addresses, including the Offshore Leaks, the Bahamas Leaks, the Panama Papers and the Paradise Papers (RYBN).
In Luxembourg City on the morning of Saturday 14 November: about ninety minutes, 20 to 25 walkers, free, registration by mail to rsvp@pascalpiron.com. The exact time and meeting point are sent to the registered participants.
The afternoon's talks, Compliance as Material, begin at 14:00.
