The Space Between Threads explores thread and line in both their literal and metaphorical dimensions, as material, spatial presence, systems of connection, and traces of memory.
Bringing together sculpture, installation, painting, textile, photography, and text, the exhibition examines how these elements can shape space, transform matter, create networks, and ultimately evolve into forms of expression and language. The selected artists transform, stretch, weave, compress, repeat, and write the line, challenging our perception of materials and the spaces they inhabit.
Throughout the exhibition, the line acts as a guiding thread: connecting bodies and objects, organising space and perception, and ultimately becoming a vehicle for memory, narrative, and thought.
