Vintage photograph, hair wax, aluminium frame Four Feet Ten in One Sock is another reference to the first paragraph of Nabokov’s Lolita. The use of wax for hair removal (typically used on the legs) is here used to disguise an entire body. When I was 14 I fell in love with a 23 year old man, it was all imagination and nothing corporal.
