The gallery is located in the northern district of Liège, a district with a notorious industrial past: coal mining, a district of gunsmiths and ironworkers, but also of the cultivation of asparagus and vineyards. The gallery is housed in a former industrial building.

Today, we talk about exhibition cycles, yesterday we focused on cycles itself. Bicycles, mopeds, sewing and washing machines. The STAR bikes factory, founded in 1888 by the Lummerzheim family and active for three quarters of a century, was what makes it a "star factory".
