Pierre Werner Institute

The Pierre Werner Institute (IPW) is a European cultural center. It promotes cultural and intellectual exchanges between its founding countries, France, Germany and Luxembourg, and with other European countries. Its vocation is to encourage the blossoming of European citizenship in the spirit of the Enlightenment and the humanist and democratic ambitions developed in the aftermath of the Second World War.
