Over there, by the Scent of Oranges: Central Gaza , 2024

Embroidery on perfumed silk textile with natural colors of plants and flowers + 4 unique scent bottles (scent of city center, scent of my father, smell of home, scent of the fenugreek shop) The piece is inspired by the journey to home by two artists who lived in Gaza before 2014. Text written in Arabic from left to right: scent of my father, smell of home, jasmine[bottom], fenugreek shop [center], the road to home: sand and dust, goats, East Gaza.
