Through its experience, its competent choice and ambition to represent internationally recognized artists, but also promising talents, Galerie Schortgen (since 1949) has quickly been able to forge a solid reputation in the national and international artistic landscape. We are resolutely turned towards contemporary art, without setting us on a single stream, whether figurative or abstract. Our creed is the artistic quality in all its enriching diversity. The Gallery team in Luxembourg City organizes about ten exhibitions annually and shows a range of selected national and international artists such as Stéphane Halleux, Jean Moiras, Marlis Albrecht, Matthias Verginer and many more. We regularly organize exhibitions in public places outside our walls and gained experiences in participating in various international Art Fairs.
